Helping little minds feel safe, calm, and in control.

Big emotions in little bodies can feel overwhelming for kids and grown-ups!
That’s why the 'Wolf Cub Club' was created: to give children simple, fun, and effective breathing tools to help them calm their bodies, regulate emotions, and feel more confident.

Helping Little Cubs Breathe Easy

The below short videos guide kids through a couple of playful breathwork practices, backed by science.

Whether it’s after a big day at school, before bed, or during a tough moment, these tools are here to help.

Breathing Exercises for Children

🦁 Fierce Lion’s Breath

Let out a big, brave roar! This energising breath helps release tension, boost confidence, and shake off nerves — just like a strong lion waking up for the day.

🐝 Bee Breathing

Buzz your way to calm. This gentle, humming breath soothes the nervous system, helping little bodies feel relaxed, quiet, and safe - like a bee resting in a flower.

🌸🕯 Flower & Candle Breathing

Smell the flower, blow out the candle. This calming breathing exercise invites kids to breathe in slowly like they’re smelling a lovely flower and breathe out gently like they’re blowing out a birthday candle - the perfect practice for winding down.
